A rental application or application screening fee does not constitute a holding deposit and does not automatically reserve a property.

If GTPD Properties, LLC offers an applicant the opportunity to provide a holding deposit or reservation payment, the terms applicable to that payment should be stated in a separate written agreement or disclosure.

No property should be considered reserved solely because an application has been submitted.

You agree to use Casa4Rent.com only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

· Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems;

· Interfere with Website operation or security;

· Introduce malicious software, viruses, or harmful code;

· Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect Website information without authorization;

· Submit fraudulent rental applications;

· Attempt to access another applicant’s information;

GTPD Properties, LLC may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in the Website, rental operations, technology, or applicable law.

When the Terms are revised, the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this document will be updated.

Changes will apply prospectively as permitted by law.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
